Member of the Ashes winning squads in 2005 and 2008, having made her Test debut at the age of just 15.
Had an outstanding Quadrangular Series in 2007, taking 10 wickets, including three-wicket hauls against India and New Zealand.
Leading wicket-taker for England in ODI series against South Africa and against India in August 2008.
Will warm up for the ICC Women's World Cup by becoming the first overseas player for the New South Wales Breakers.
Got straight A* at GCSE and achieved four A's at A Level in Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Latin. She will go to Durham University in September 2009 to study Natural Sciences.
